Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nothing is for sale today

Voting on AI Alliance Club is free. Paid weighted votes are planned but disabled, and there is currently no way to make a payment on this site. If you believe you have been charged by anyone claiming to represent us, contact us immediately.

If paid votes launch

The policy below will apply to paid weighted votes when they become available.

• A paid vote is a digital item that is applied to the standings immediately on successful payment.
• Because it is delivered instantly and cannot be withdrawn from the tally, a paid vote is generally non-refundable once applied.
• If a payment succeeds but the vote is not applied because of an error on our side, we will refund it in full.
• Duplicate charges for the same vote are refunded in full.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

How to request a refund

Send the transaction reference and a short description of the problem through our contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your provider.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel. Paid votes, if launched, will be one-off purchases.
